It's Been a GREAT two weeks back!!
No particular reason for the above GIF...it jut made me happy!! Just about as happy as the first two weeks of winter classes has made me!! The students at The Dancing House are THE BEST!! They've come back excited to learn and motivated to do their best! I couldn't ask for anything more from them!

I know I personally wear a lot.
I’m a mama, a business owner, a dancer, a coach, a friend etc. And in all the hats that we juggle, sometimes we forget about who we truly are. And what really brings us real joy.
That is why I created a Dance on Demand. 💃🏻
Dance has always been more than just dancing for me. It’s being the art, exercise, therapy, appreciation for my body and soul, along with reflection and joy.
Dance on Demand is for that person who grew up dancing and misses it. For that person who says, “life is short! I’ve always wanted to learn to dance!” And for that person where dance class in a formal setting just doesn’t quite fit into the schedule.

Next Drop and Go Date Night happening January 29th, 6-9pm!
Need a night out?!? Who doesn't!! We've got the kiddos covered! Drop them off at the studio (2000 O'Neil Rd) from 6:00-9:00pm and they will enjoy an evening of dance, games, and activities. Or they can bring their own things to do! Pack a bagged dinner, a beverage and they're all set!

Who: Kiddos ages 3-12 (must be potty trained)
NOTE: There must be at least 5 kids registered for this event to take place. You must be registered by Wednesday the week of the event.

January's Student Spotlight
Maryn Lownsbury took her first class at The Dancing House five years ago. She currently is a student in Miss Ari's Hip Hop II class. Miss Ari loves Maryn's energy and positivity in class! Her favorite thing about dance is performing the the spring recital. Thank you for being part of The Dancing House Family!!
Meet Kimberlee Fleming. She has been a ballet student at The Dancing House for about 4 1/2 years. Kim saw my van in a church parking lot, called me up, and has been dancing at the studio ever since. She has four kids and runs a hobby farm. She has been so thankful for class, especially during COVID, as all of her kiddos are schooling from home. It has been a source of therapy for her. Kim is just a wonderful soul and a joy to be around we love having her at The Dancing House!!

Frozen Party is a beautiful birthday world filled with fun, friends, and Frozen! Guests will have a wonderful experience as they twirl and sparkle to their favorite Frozen themed music.
Princess Party: The little star with big dreams! Your little ballerina and her party friends will twirl the day away.
Glow Party: Hip Hop
Let’s dance the day away in the dark to today’s current hits and dance moves. Glow sticks will be provided for a high energy hip hop dance party!

Rental fees are $75/hour or a day rate of $300.
At The Dancing House it is our TOP priority to keep our students safe. Here is how we plan to do it for in person winter classes;
Class sizes will be limited to 15
Students will be asked to have their own dance bag that carries their own shoes and water bottle.
Hand washing will be enforced upon entrance and we will have hand sanitizer available throughout the studio.
The studio will be wiped down each day, including barres, mats, chairs, hooks, and door knobs.
The studio will be professionally cleaned each weekend.
As always, if you/your child is not feeling well, please do not come to class.
